When the studio got ready for the opening of the movie, "The Man Called Peter", they called on the Statesmen Quartet to sing the theme song of the picture by the same name. Denver with the Statesmen traveled to New York to sing the song at the grand opening of the picture there. At this time they appeared on several national television programs with some of the best known personalities of New York.
When the Statesmen were invited to appear on Arthur Godfrey's program Denver Crumpler was singing with them as they were declared winners on this nationally televised program, "Talent Scouts." The travels of the Statesmen increased as their popularity grew and during the past two years they have been making regular tours to Texas, Oklahoma and the southwestern< states, to Detroit, Michigan and throughout the centrol northern states, in addition to all the southern states and the eastern seaboard states.
Several times they have had to turn down offers to go to the west coast for appearances there. Along with the success that Denver was attaining with the Statesmen, there was another wonderful thing that happened to this man. Denver had grown in Grace, and during the last few years he became very close to his Lord. All who came in contact with him including this writer, came under the influence of his strong faith.

There will be a moment in time when every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord!
